What do you get when you cross Italian and Argentinean genes, educate him at the renowned Facultad de Arquitectura Urbanismo y Diseño in Cordoba, Argentina, and then transplant him to Miami’s design district to soak up all things ‘cool’ for a decade or so before becoming serious about actually earning a living? Well, you get a design Rock Star whose laid-back approach to business and life are a refreshing and calming influence in boardrooms and design charrettes that are often filled with over-caffeinated type-A dragons vying for attention.

Martin’s demeanor is so laid back, sometimes you have to wonder if he’s breathing. And he’s so quiet, you might wonder if he speaks. Thankfully, he is very much alive, and has a distinct design point of view. But he doesn’t pipe up until he’s pretty confident that he’s got exactly the right answer. Then, with a level of talent bordering on ‘idiot savant’, he just ‘whips it out’ with stunning elegance, simplicity, and taste.
Martin is the designer all of the rest of us aspire to be in our next lives. And we are truly and honored to work alongside him.
Martin's impressive body of work includes design for products, transportation and yachts, environmental design, jewelry and furniture.
He has handled project engagements for top firms all over the world as well as here in the USA.

These days, Martin has turned his attention to designing and building contemporary furniture that is clever in its sophistication and simplicity, while adventuring into designing beautiful pieces of jewelry.
He casually reflects, "I'm very interested in creating stability and balance from objects that appear as though they might not be either of those things at first glance.
I prefer to avoid any extraneous embellishments--choosing to let a few basic ideas carry one's imagination forward. I know I've achieved my goal when someone stares at a piece I have created and just cracks the tiniest wry smile and tilts their head sideways--curiously examining and simultaneously wondering, how's that work?"
Contact Martin directly via e-mail or phone to learn more about his current line of furniture, or to privately commission a one-of-a-kind work for your business or home.  Martin also welcomes inquiries from manufacturers, looking to develop new lines of contract furnishings or consumer products.
